customer information with any other company or individual(s)...period.
Any information you provide to Equessories is kept in
strict confidence for our own use in-house in serving
our customers.

Protecting our customers' confidential
information is a priority for us. When you place an
order online with Equessories, we collect your name,
contact information, billing address, shipping addresses,
credit card information and email address, which are
automatically transferred by "secure socket layer"
(SSL) technology. This information is encrypted and
is not accessible to anyone else online. We use this
information to fulfill your order and to communicate
with you about it. Your order is then processed internally;
no one but our order processor will have access to your
information. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal
information to others. By using our Web site, you consent
to the collection and use of this information by us
for processing and shipping purposes only
Quality
Guarantee:
We are confident that our customers will find the quality
of our products to be of the highest craftsmanship.
However, if a shipment arrives damaged, we will gladly
rectify the matter to your satisfaction.
Payment Methods:
Our
shopping cart system accepts payment using PayPal. If
you prefer not to pay for your purchase by PayPal, we
also accept money orders and personal or corporate checks.
With this method of payment, you must call in your order
over the phone at 520-885-3437. In addition, the check
must clear with our bank before we can ship your order.
All prices listed are in U.S. dollars. If items you
order are out of stock or unavailable, we will notify
you by phone and/or email, and your payment will not
be processed.
Retail Returns:
Equessories
is committed to providing our customers with exceptional
service and total satisfaction. We promise you the highest-quality
products. For return authorization or questions about
your order, please call our customer service desk at
520-885-3437 between normal business hours (9:00 AM
through 5:00 PM Monday through Friday in Arizona) and
please allow for a 12-to-24 hour response. Or send an

Refunds
and exchanges are provided for products returned in
original condition, with tags attached, within 30 days
of receipt with return merchandise authorization (RMA).
Refunds or credits will be provided in the case of damage,
or an error on our part. A valid RMA number must be
included on the shipping label or we will refuse the
package. Full credit for the returned item(s) will be
issued for undamaged merchandise within 10 business
days of our receipt of the returned package. We do not
issue call tags, and all return shipping charges are
the responsibility of the customer.
Your
card will be credited on receipt of the return, and
you will be notified via email. Any and all shipping
costs cannot be refunded. After 30 days past your receipt
of shipment, no returns are accepted. We cannot offer
refunds, credit, or exchanges if you made a selection
that no longer appeals to you.
